The ResolutionThis city reeks of broken promises its victims flood the filthy streets desperate, they pray for anything but their false angels have abandoned them no one hears the cries for mercy chaos is unforgiving masses panic as buildings crumble ashes rain from the night sky to cover the Earth like blackened snow and in the midst of this beautiful resolution I can only clasp your hand smiling as the world takes its dying breathThe Resolution

Her Only EscapeHer breath clouds the windowpane. As she watches the world outside. Life passes before her. Time moves on without her.Her Only Escape
She screams, but no one hears. They don't see her. Shes locked away in her own prison she made. Constructed of lies and false promises.
If someone would listen. She would be free. But the time has passed for truth. And her mind is too far-gone to make sense of it all.
Reality and fantasy blend. The life she tried to save, the melodious voice she dares not respond to. The ones who abandoned her and the visions of the dead.
